Introduce
Dragon Boat Nest(龍船窩) is a tranquil out of the way village with around 30 households located in a flat area on Mt. Longchuan. A depression on the top of 351-meters high Dragon Boat Mountain resembles a dragon boat, which is why the place was named Dragon Boat Nest. The expansive views offered from atop the mountain attract many hill walkers and it is also a popular spot for viewing meteor showers. It is also an excellent low elevation spot to view the sunrise in addition to Erliao, Tainan.
