Tainan Community Center Arts Festival

Tainan Community Center Arts Festival is strongly supported by the Tainan City Government. Community centers are encouraged to partner with local schools or arts groups on performances and exhibitions that turn community centers (meeting places) into a place where all citizens can gather to appreciate art and culture.
