The five-star evaluation is the highest grade of hotel certification in Taiwan. Candidates are scored by the Tourism Administration of MOTC out of 850 on a wide range of indicators that encompass hardware facilities, quality of service, management regime, and sustainability practices. Grand Banyan Hotel stood out from all the other hotels thanks to its management team’s commitment to maintaining a high quality of service and professionalism. In addition to its rooftop swimming pool and composite hospitality spaces, the hotel actively promotes local connections and charitable initiatives as well.
