Different from other traditional Tainan Meat Balls made with minced meat, "Fu Ji Meat Balls" are stuffed with entire pieces of meat and made by immersing raw meat into fragrant sauces, wrapped with meat ball skin and then cooked. To ensure that the meat inside the meat balls are fully cooked, the cooking time is longer so the meat ball skin is softer and more fragrant than other traditional meat balls. The meat balls are best eaten together with the owner's own special sauces.
